Provides strategic guidance to the Fraud, VISA, Credit, and Collections teams by ensuring strict regulatory compliance while optimizing recovery efforts and member-focused solutions. They are responsible for the daily monitoring of team performance, the timely disposition of collateral, and the continuous refinement of fraud prevention and collection procedures to protect the credit union’s interests.
Consistently provides an atmosphere of high quality member service. Confidently supports credit union sales efforts and performs transactions for members with regard to all share and loan products and services. Consult with members and provide solutions to match their needs.
