Personal Relationship Resources

This program is designed to help people find solutions to the financial issues and concerns impacting their world--by providing the financial tools, information, and insights to help them best manage their financial affairs and by offering a financial plan of action.

Account Servicing includes those with routine personal account management. Each activity can be performed by any Member Service Representative and centers on personal account management issues. These might include making sure your account is operating at top performance and helping to resolve questions.

Relationship Management represents those items where the number of relationships (products and services) can be expanded-not just within the PrimeTrust Financial world, but to other or new financial provider sources. This also is the entry point to welcome new members to the credit union. Each activity can be performed or directed by any Member Service Representative and is designed to limit the time you need to deal with transactions of funds coming in or being set-up in your account, as well as to arrange for auto bill and loan payments.

Financial Information Exchange along with the Personal and Financial Development sections, this section represents those items at the core of the Relationship Resources Program. It is here that any Member Service Representative can review your financial situation and offer a plan of action to address issues regarding personal financial management.

In-Branch Personal Assistance
This area is where a free financial review can be performed. It can assess the financial issues that you are encountering, and provide services and/or product solutions. This may include additional involvement by various licensed or certified resources that can help you create the kind of financial plan you need.

A free financial assessment is available to review your current financial situation and your current and future income, expenses, debts, obligations, and long-term planning needs.

Online Personal Assistance
At this area, you will be able to tap into a variety of financial tools, data, and budget organizers, and calculators to provide a "self-serve" option. The following links will connect with the various resources you need.

Online Telephone Consultation
We have access to Accel Services, a PrimeTrust Financial relationship that will provide free help with the following:    

    • Immediate Counseling
    • Budget Counseling
    • Debt Management Program
    • Credit Report Review
    • Housing Counseling


You may also visit a counselor directly through one of our relationships at Accel Services.

Personal and Financial Development is the final part of this core aspect of the Relationship Resource Program. This section represents the professional services PrimeTrust Financial has available to provide additional assistance regarding financial issues and corresponding plans. Depending on the personal assessment, one or both of these professional services may be offered. This section provides two sources of professional financial assistance.

Wealth Management - Investment and Insurance
PrimeTrust Financial has a relationship with WestPoint Financial Group, which helps credit union people and businesses build a financial plan and/or secure investment and insurance products. With this capability, you will be able to have a registered financial advisor build a financial plan. The process begins with an assessment and builds from that point.

Tax Management Services
PrimeTrust Financial has a relationship with Estep * Doctor & Company, which helps credit union people and businesses develop a tax management plan. With this capability, you will be able to have a certified public accountant design a personal accounting plan. The process begins with an assessment and builds from that point.
